The rear elevation looks on to a grove of trees. To accomodate all of the parking required, I placed visitor parking adjacent to the offices, and put the tenant parking underneath the structure. The housing units consist of 18 2-bedroom, and 14 1-bedroom. The 2 bedroom units have a office unit in a separate location, while the 1 bedroom units have an attached unit.
